I use a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker at home and it makes fantastic ribs, brisket or whatever you want to give some smoke to. Another nice benefit is that this grill is fairly portable, breaking into three sections - small enough to fit in your car for a weekend camping trip. Since you can use the bottom rack, closest to the charcoal, it can also be used for a charcoal grill.
The smoker two cooking surfaces can hold quite a bit of meat, nowhere near the quantity that you’d get with a large kettle such as the Weber Ranch. However, with a good rib rack you can easily fit 8 medium racks of ribs.
