Verizon high speed internet

We have been using Verizon as our high speed internet provider for over a year now. I was very impressed with their service and their customer care line has always been very knowledgeable (even though I haven’t really needed to use them more than once or twice). The price isn’t too terrible as we have bundled internet cable and phone service and that is convienient for me; one bill. We will be moving soon to a fairly remote area and Verizon hasn’t made it out there yet. As soon as they do however, I will absolutly sign up with them again.

A budget minded Honda hybrid

Chris Woodyard of USA Today reports that the Honda Insight will be the one of the cheapest “budget cars” of the up and coming gas-electric hybrids. A possible starting price for this classy looking vehicle will be under $20,000.00. In 2001, this car’s type sold for under $5,000.00 and attained approximately 53 miles per gallon in combined highway/city driving. Not bad! Approximately 100,000 of these new Insights will be offered for sale in the United States in Spring of 2009. We will get a sneak peek of a concept version of the Insight at the 2008 Paris International Auto Show.

I use a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker at home and it makes fantastic ribs, brisket or whatever you want to give some smoke to. Another nice benefit is that this grill is fairly portable, breaking into three sections - small enough to fit in your car for a weekend camping trip. Since you can use the bottom rack, closest to the charcoal, it can also be used for a charcoal grill.

The smoker two cooking surfaces can hold quite a bit of meat, nowhere near the quantity that you’d get with a large kettle such as the Weber Ranch. However, with a good rib rack you can easily fit 8 medium racks of ribs.
